Return & Cancellation:

As all our outfits are made to measure/ order we do not accept returns or cancellations. If there are any alterations that has to be managed at your end or you can send it back for alterations within one week , courier cost will be borne by the customer for this

ANY ALTERATIONS AFTER A WEEK WILL BE CHARGED FOR . 

Outfits once purchased cannot be exchanged for another outfit or size

 

Terms & Conditions:

House Of Shahi endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products
Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.
In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.
In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “thehouseofshahi@gmail.com” within 24 Hours of receiving the products.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

 

Shipping & Delivery: 

Outfits will be delivered within 3-4 days within india and 14-15 days outside india.

However Courier delays are possible and we wont be liable for the delays due to external factors. Once shipped customers will be provided with a tracking number, which can be used on our logistic partners website .
All couriers are liable for 5,000 maximum which is to be borne by our logistic partner only . 
Customers can also arrange a pick up from our workshops
